Espresso Events was founded in Orlando, Florida, in 1997 by a talented chef and his artist wife with a mission to deliver upscale mobile barista coffee services for corporate events and conventions.
In 2010, long-time employee Adriana Ponce Covey and her husband, Mark Covey—an experienced hotel banquet and catering manager—took ownership of the company. Under their leadership, Espresso Events expanded its service offerings and introduced innovative frozen drinks and desserts using liquid nitrogen equipment.
By 2012, growing demand from corporate clients led Espresso Events to expand its services nationwide. Today, the company operates regional hubs supporting Orlando/Southeast, Washington DC/Northeast, and Las Vegas/Southwest.
