Founded in Orlando, Florida, in 1997 by a talented chef and his artist wife, Espresso Events began with a mission to bring upscale mobile barista coffee experiences to events. In 2010, long-time employee Adriana Ponce Covey and her husband, Mark Covey, an experienced hotel banquet and catering manager, took ownership and expanded the company into innovative beverage and dessert experiences, including liquid nitrogen creations.

By 2012, growing demand took Espresso Events nationwide.
